GUARANTEE POLICY
At Ultimate Pool Tools, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a one-year Limited Guarantee on the HyperPole carbon fiber telescoping tubes and stainless-steel tool end fitting with a 60-day limited guarantee on the consumable wear items (speed clamps and grip). This policy is designed to provide peace of mind to our customers by covering any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. Should you encounter issues within the Limited guarantee 1 year policy timeframe, we will gladly replace the affected tube, section, or hardware, allowing you to continue enjoying your experience without interruptions.
It is important to note that after 30 days from the purchase date, customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with replacement parts under the guarantee. This aspect of our policy helps us maintain a sustainable business model while continuing to invest in the quality of our products.
However, we emphasize that our guarantee does not extend to instances of theft, accidental damage from use outside of the conventional methods outlined in the user manual, or loss of the pole itself. We encourage all users to familiarize themselves with proper usage guidelines for maximum longevity and performance. HOW TO PLACE A GUARANTEE CLAIM
To make a Guarantee claim please send an email with the following
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- 1 photo of the damaged section
- 1 photo of the entire product
- Shipping address
