Warranty Policy's
Hyper Pole
Our HyperPole warranty is one-year manufacturer defect on the pole and hyperdrain tool end fitting. The grip and speed clamps are considered consumable items and require replacement subject to wear. We do NOT cover damage or worn tubes resulting in any type of circumferential, longitudinal Cracking. These types of damage are not resulted from manufacture defects.
To make a warranty claim please send an email with attached photos of the issues or damage along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the email to Info@ultimatepooltools.com
Speed Clamp Set's & HyperGrip
Our Speed clamp sets, and Hyper Grips are considered consumable items and require replacement subject to wear. The warranty is 60 days manufacture defect. Hyper Grips can be damaged from slapping the most inner section closed migrating the grip off the pole and then it breaks this is not covered under warranty.
Individual Replacement Tube
Our Replacement tubes/sections warranty is one year manufacture defect on the replacement tube. We do NOT cover damage or worn tubes resulting in any type of circumferential, longitudinal Cracking. These types of damage are not resulted from manufacture defects.
Autofill 60 Tool
Our Autofill 60 warranty is one-year manufacturer defect on the stainless-steel wrench tool. this does not cover if the tool is dropped and damages the tool in some way this is not manufacture defect.
HyperClip
Our HyperClip Warranty is 60 days manufacture defect. Hyper clips are considered consumable items and require replacement subject to wear.
